Description
Gene Cernan (left) and jack Schmitt (right) stand in the boulder field on the rim of Camelot Crater. Jack turns around to face the camera - looking into the Sun. The pair describe their plans for sampling the location. Jack says he's worn the handle off the hammer already. They collect a core by hammering the core tube into the ground, excitedly praising themselves at their performance and relaying the sample number 464 to Capcom Bob Parker at Mission Control.
