Camera pans around to the left and widens. Dave is talking about getting a picture of the contact (geological - between two rock types). The camera continues to pan left past the dramatic view of the Rille and on further around to catch the shadow of the Rover's satellite dish pointing upwards.

Historic Context of Clip
Background to Apollo 15:
Apollo 15 was the ninth manned mission in the Apollo program and the fourth mission to land on the Moon. It was the first of what were termed J missions, long duration stays on the Moon with a greater focus on science than had been possible on previous missions. Dave Scott and Jim Irwin spent three days exploring the Hadley Delta region with the first Lunar Rover, returning 77kg of samples to Earth.
