Description
John Young holds the lid of a carbon dioxide filter (scrubber) with a hole in the centre. He floats a small metallic blue bottle through it playfully. Tom Stafford films him from the left of the frame. In a second view John is in the lower instrument bay - holding the fully assembled filter and floating it into a tumble before installing it behind him. Tom continues to film the events. In a third sequence John continues to do some house-keeping with the filter - noting down when it is being installed. An empty looking Teflon bag floats near him. The sextant telescope eye piece can be seen above him.
